All the Linux OS Software is developed under GPL license excluded some native Mediastation LGPL code are totally propietary of LIONSTRACS Italy Srl.

The Mediastation Keyboards are based under a Linux OS - AMD X86 CPU system, this mean that in this product are installed many of different others Linux open source free application. LIONSTRACS Italy will be care and support ONLY for the Mediastation OS software and NOT for the all free included 3th Party software installed. All the 3th party open source FREE software installed/ setup in to the Mediastation are ONLY ADD ONS FREE tools utility and LIONSTRACS is NOT always interested to support it.

3th Party software and Arranger engine are NOT warranty bug free and LIONSTRACS will NOT have ANY responsability of the unstable 3th party ADD ONS software.

LIONSTRACS ITALY will continue developing new software and Features and the mediastation will be update automatically. The Mediastation OS software is in continue change, with new features and fixed in software bugs when reported.

NOTE: Before one Mediastation keyboards is ordered, VALUE first if the current Mediastation OS is the right software that you are looking for this products! Download the all Audio-Video DEMOS available in our webpages, value the OS and then place the orders. LIONSTRACS will not refound any keyboards sold IF the customers is not happy of the software current installed.LIONSTRACS ITALY will only refound or change the product IF the hardware arrival to the destination customer totally fault.

HARDWARE WARRANTY:
One (1) Year Limited Warranty of the standard PC parts: Floppy Drive, Hard Disk, CD/DVD Drive, ATX Mainboard, CPU, CPU FAN, ATX Power Supply, Memory Ram, Display touch 8.4".
Two (2) Year Limited warranty of the LIONSTRACS boards: Mixer, PCI Audio, PCI serial, PCI VGA, Power Switch MS, MIC Board, Pannel Mixer, Pannel Player, Pannel Funcions.

Warranty is NOT included on the Mediastation metal Case, Fatar Keyboard, Fatar Wheels and Joystick, XRL glocken lamps.

Worldwide.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

LIONSTRACS Srl warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for the period of the TWO case and  from the date of original retail purchase.
LIONSTRACS warranty obligations are limited to the following set forth in this document. If a hardware defect exists, at its option  LIONSTRACS will:
a) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts and shipped worldwide.
b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or
c) refund the purchase price of the product before 30 days of the purcase, IF the only Mediastation Hardware totally fault.

When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes LIONSTRACS' property. When a refund is given, the product becomes LIONSTRACS property and must be sent back to LIONSTRACS ITALY.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE

If the product cannot be repaired or replaced in the country it is in, it may need to be sent direct to LIONSTRACS ITALY, by UPS/FedEx Curier.
To determine if the product is eligible for this service, call/contact an LIONSTRACS directly.
When you contact the LIONSTRACS Authorized Service Provider, you will be asked to furnish your name, address, telephone number, and proof of the original purchase (receipt) containing a description of the product(s), purchase date, the appropriate LIONSTRACS serial number.

In any case before shipping a product to LIONSTRACS under warrantee or service, LIONSTRACS must be contacted to obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA number). The RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipment of any product shipped to LIONSTRACS under the product warranty.
Approval warranty part exchange will done ONLY if will included the documentation and picture probe of the fault/broken hardware parts.

Note: Before you deliver your product for warranty service it is your responsibility to keep a separate backup copy of the HOME folders,of your OWN media Data and Library. You will be responsible for reinstalling your own HOME data and Library.
The CD/DVD Install disk will ALWAYS restore in default the hard disk, but will not installing your personal media data.
Data recovery is not included in the warranty service and LIONSTRACS is not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit, repair or replacement.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This Limited Warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for LIONSTRACS that are properly identified by the LIONSTRACS trademark, trade name, or logo.
Thirdy party GPL Software distributed by LIONSTRACS is not covered under this Limited Warranty and NOT SUPPORTED FROM LIONSTRACS.
LIONSTRACS and its Authorized Service Providers are not liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on any media, or any non-LIONSTRACS product or part not covered by this warranty.
Recovery and reinstallation of Linux-Lionstracs distribution CD/DVD disk, application software and user data are not covered under this Limited Warranty.
This warranty does not apply:
a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-LIONSTRACS products including improper cleaning of controls or contacts due to exposure to a dirty, dusty or otherwise contaminated environment;
b) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an LIONSTRACS  Authorized Service Provider;
c) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of LIONSTRACS; or
d) if any LIONSTRACS or thirdy party serial number has been removed or defaced
e) damage to units used for loan or rental.

f) NO warranty if the client is NOT able to use and manage the Linux basic OS and Mediastation OS.

THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LIONSTRACS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILIONSTRACS FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF LIONSTRACS CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

LIONSTRACS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY.

Some jurisdictions states may do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.IF a legal issue willbe take, the ONLY competent state jurisdiction is the tribunale di Bolzano, Italy.
